I indeed lovee this sneaker. In the starting it feels a miniature strange but I adjusted easily. At first I was just using it during workouts and I did feel that my thighs and glutes felt tighter than usual. Recently, I have been running in them, about 3 miles every other day and that is indeed where these shoes shine. While running, they are comfortable and do not cause any ache at all. After the run, I could indeed feel that the shoe worked since I was much more sore in my problem areas (side of the thighs and glutes) then when using my other workout shoes. The soreness and tightness indicates that my muscles are being worked harder and my legs are starting to look toned and defined. Like I said, i love the shoe and use it now for every workout.
