I use these for spin class : Shimano SH51 SPD Cleat Set
I bought these cleats to replace the silver multi-release ones that came with my pedals. These cleats have been much better- they hold on tighter, and do not wobble like the multi ones did. They may be a little tougher to get out, but not enough so that I've noticed a big difference. They just feel much more secure, and they don't pop out when lifting on the pedals or bunny hopping, as the multi ones sometimes did.
My suggestion would be to go for these if you're mountain biking and need solid stability with your cleats. If you're road biking, the multi ones might be nice because they seem to be a little more forgiving with releases, but they don't feel as secure when standing, etc.
